Combination Pork on Rice
Slab of sweet pork chop that taste like Bah-Kwah, tofu, egg, vegetables


Special Beef Noodle Soup (phở đặc biệt)
A Pho Dac Biet (Specialty Pho) includes slim cuts of beef steak, flanks, brisket, tribe and tendon.
Some includes chicken hearts and livers (but not here).
Served with basil, lime/lemon, bean sprouts and peppers

Fun Fact:
Pho was introduced to many countries by Vietnamese refugees fleeing Vietnam from 1970s onwards.
